What Can I Expect During My First Visit to East Hampton Chiropractic?

New patients must complete a full medical history questionnaire. These forms can be downloaded from this website to save you time. You can find them under the "Our Practice" tab. Dr. Connelly will review your history with you and discuss your problem and answer any questions you may have. A physical exam will be performed which will include orthopedic and neurological testing, reflex assessments, muscle testing and a specific Chiropractic evaluation. In some cases x-rays may be necessary to determine an exact diagnosis. X-rays are taken in our office. In some cases, you may be referred for a MRI examination or other diagnostic testing.

Dr. Connelly will go over the results of the exam with you and show you your x-rays. If your condition can benefit from Chiropractic care, a treatment plan will be recommended. You will be treated the same day. Chiropractic treatments are called Adjustments. There is a wide variety of Adjustments, and options will be discussed with you based on your condition and comfort level.

If your condition requires a different type of treatment, you will be referred to the appropriate type of doctor.
