Location
We are located at 42 West High Street (Route 66) in East Hampton, Connecticut. This is on the corner of North Maple St. and West High St., directly across from St. Patrick Church.
Appointments
Appointments are offered on the same day including Saturdays. During non-office hours, an emergency contact line can be accessed through calling our office at 860-267-6688.
Services
We offer a variety of Chiropractic Techniques and treatments. For details on which chiropractic techniques Dr. Connelly uses, click on the services tab on this website. We have an in office X-Ray facility. Therapeutic exercises are given to every patient to accelerate the correction of your problem and to help prevent it from coming back. Nutritional and wellness counseling are available upon request.
Financial
We participate with most insurance companies including Medicare. We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, visa or mastercard.

We accept any out of network benefits for plans we do not participate with. Our self-pay rates are very affordable, often lower than the co-payment amount required by the insurance company. Many people with insurance plans that we do not participate with find that their out of pocket expenses are lower at our office than if they used an in-network doctor.
